On an average day I make 25 sales call, meet with at least two senior-level executive, have conference call with at least two - three corporate firms, update or modify the training content as per the standards, coordinate with vendors including PMI, MS, Cisco and CMA and coordinate with my team members on facilitation of workshops, in house training and one on one training besides being constantly active on website chat, replying mails and handling customer queries. Most of the time, I do get tired but i make sure not to let tiredness decrease my productivity and impact on my work by adopting these habits.
Doing physical workout: I make a point to atleast do ten - fifteen minutes of physical workout and will always try to be physically active. Physical activity can destress your mind and body and also helps you in relieving from pressure as it releases endorphin which is commonly used for pain relieving.
Connecting with friends: After coming from my workplace, I make a point to connect with old friends and even make new relationships apart from my work colleagues. I make a diverse set of friends which also includes persons who share same interests as mine.
Contributing towards cause: I make a point to be always associated with a cause. I always launch new causes and will make more people to be involved with me and will always gather resources to achieve the cause on which I am working on. I also leverage my network to contribute towards cause and will actively involved with the benefactors.
Connecting with family: I am always be connected with my family and will always take updates from them. I also share small success news with them and will always be all ears to them when they have any issues. I always dedicate time to play with kids and will share and listen stories with them.
Learning new things: I always make a point to learn new things and do frequent either library or bookstore to get hands on new book. I also follow many blogs on living, technology, economics, education and human resources and also get myself enrolled in many short term programs. I also take printouts on many topic to read while going to sleep.
