During early days, I started feeling lot of stress and overload at work and was having difficulty to relax even after switching off from the work. I was constantly looking for hacks to keep myself control and calm but wasn't able to find. The overload and stress was directly affecting the projects and even my company and soon I make a firm commitment to start living a stress free life.
To keep myself stress free, I started reading the daily routine of big names of various industries to help myself devise simple hack for living a stress free life. After detailed reading some of the big names, I compiled a list of few simple hacks which you can follow in your daily life:
1) Take a walk: Taking a walk in a garden or in a playground can help you in getting out in a wider space from small confined space and can even helps you in switching to a different environment which in turn helps you in making comfortable.
2) Pursue a hobby: Pursuing a hobby which interests you is one of the best way to relieve yourselves from stress and even it helps in improving the self esteem. Dedicating 2-4 hours a week for a hobby can increase your productivity by many times.
3) Watch funny videos or stand up comedy shows: Laughter is the best medicine and a healthy dose of laughter medicine can helps in turning your negative mind to positive. This remedy can help you in getting relived from sadness, depression, frustration and stress and even helps in lifting your mood automatically.
4) Connect with nature: Connecting yourself to the nature can helps you in reducing the stress to a larger level. You can do this by looking outside at the window that has nature settings (From home or office). You relief stresses by shifting your mind into the present moment. Observe the nature's view that surrounds you. Observe the trees, leaves that are falling, listen to the bird chirping sound, pay attention to the view, see what you saw, hear what your heard and not judging them or put any meaning into it
