When any individual is facing stress, the body reacts by producing adrenaline and cortisol, the hormones responsible for increase in heart rate and blood pressure. These hormones temporarily increases your energy to fight indicating to the body that it is in danger. When your body realizes that it is no longer in danger the hormone levels fall and the blood pressure will be back to normal.
Apart from affecting your health and ruining your personal life, Stress can even destroy your social life and can hamper your relationships. Though life coaches suggest you hundreds of tips but these are the tips I do follow and recommend every individual whenever they are in stress.
Focus on breathing:
practicing slow controlled breathing when stress can help you return to the present moment and eventually lower the stress.
According to psychologists one of the major cause of stress is the blockage of mind to think further and majority of the anxious people won't look at larger picture. Planning ahead and implementing simple strategies can help your mind to face challenges and lower your stress.
Exercising releases endorphin, which helps in improving the mood and reducing the pain, can help decrease stress and helps you in bringing to the present moment.
Avoid asking what if:
Avoiding unrelated self questions can help you in avoiding unrelated possible outcome and this can help in reducing the stress.
Holding a grudge can further increase your stress and worry and forgiving one selves or the other for the negativity can help you with cleaner head and cleaner and will reduces your stress at great extent.
